Hi, we’re Charlie and Marie Pierce and we’ve been the proud owners of PRO! Flooring since its beginning in 1985. Charlie began working with flooring at the age of thirteen by helping his brother-in-law install carpet. He worked as an installer’s helper and quickly recognized his gift and love of flooring, which would eventually lead him to start his own flooring company.

We have two grown children, James and Jennifer, and two beautiful granddaughters we love to spoil! Our PRO! Flooring mascot is Molly, our very friendly Standard Poodle, who may greet you with a warm welcome in our showroom. We like to scuba dive, hike, bike, camp, and travel around our native home of Colorado.
